About

I am a video producer for the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project, a nonprofit investigative journalism network that specializes in reporting on the illicit financial system and corruption. I am based in Romania and Bosnia, and my projects are focused on Eastern + Central Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasus.

Before this I worked at an NY based advocacy firm, producing films for human rights lawyers on topics like natural resource exploitation, for-profit college fraud, and Pakistan’s criminal justice system. My film, “17 and Sentenced to Die,” was showcased at the Islamabad International Film Festival.

I am studying Russian, hold degrees in Journalism and African Studies from Northwestern University's Medill School, and am a National Geographic Young Explorer.

I love to shoot, edit in Premiere, write scripts for longer doc pieces and social ones, direct animated videos, and remix nature videos with hip hop songs.
